J GRAEME BECK FRICS
Graeme qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1972 and is highly respected in the Sheffield property scene. After spending a good deal of his working life in the residential survey sector, he has for over fifteen years specialised in the commercial / industrial arena carrying out valuations and appraisals on a wide range of properties. He is also experienced in expert witness work, leasehold enfranchisement and rent reviews / lease renewal negotiations.

JANET L HOUGH FRICS
As managing partner Janet consumes a large amount of administrative work to ensure the smooth running of the practice. She is also responsible for the management of long established property portfolios and ground rents as well as auction administration and accounts.

ADRIAN LITTLE FRICS FNAVA
Adrian has been involved in the Sheffield property scene for nearly thirty years and heads the Auction Department. He has in his time organised nearly two hundred and fifty property auctions and has seen over seven thousand lots sold for in excess of £500 million. Having spent over twenty years on the rostrum Adrian took over the gavel full time in 2010 and became the firm's principal auctioneer

SIMON WORTLEY BSc(Hons) MRICS
Brought up, educated and graduating in Sheffield , Simon qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1984. Since then has has carried out thousands of residential valuations and surveys across South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire on behalf of both private clients and many of the major lending institutions. He became a partner in 2000 and heads the residential survey and valuation department

JOHN DAWES BSc (Hons) MRICS
John is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors who joined the practice in 2004 after spending a number of years advising on a variety of professional matters in the Yorkshire and North Derbyshire commercial property market He became a partner of Mark Jenkinson and son in 2007

CHARLES DUNCAN
Charles is one of Sheffield's longest serving commercial property agents and heads the Commercial Agency Department. One of the best known and admired figures in the Sheffield property scene, he has worked tirelessly in the city letting and acquiring over four million square feet of commercial space for clients over the last thirty five years.

PHILIP DORMAN BSc (Hons) MRICS
Philip joined the firm in July 2005 having graduated from Sheffield Hallam University and gained full RICS accreditation in October 2006. He is mainly involved in commercial agency and auction matters in addition to professional work including rent reviews ,valuations and lease renewals.

MARK RENSHAW BSc (Hons) MRICS
Mark joined the practice in 2007 having been a partner in the well respected Chesterfield firm of Robbins Renshaw. In addition to professional work for banks, private clients, trusts and charities, Mark is responsible for developing auction business across North East Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire. He also retains strong links with his home town of Chesterfield, working with the Borough Council as part of the Destination Chesterfield initiative.

PAUL HOUGH FRICS
Paul retired from the partnership in December 2010 having spent thirty five years as principal, partner and auctioneer. He remains in the practice as a consultant sharing his knowledge relating to medical centres and allied health care properties located throughout the Midlands and North of England.

TIM BRYAN FRICS
After many years as a prominent Chartered Surveyor specialising in commercial development, Tim in recent years has acted as consultant with Mark Jenkinson & Son. His ability to view complex property problems from sometimes unexpected angles, together with an unusually deep appreciation of leasehold situations in particular has led to a number of satisfied industrial and commercial clients being retained.

MOHAMMED MAHROOF BSc(Hons) MRICS
Mahroof joined the practice in 2010 having been Head of Corporate Property at Sheffield City Council for many years. He has an in-depth knowledge of Public Sector Property, Asset Management, and has been involved in many major local authority projects. He has knowledge and contacts within the Asian business community throughout Sheffield and South/West Yorkshire
