8.7 The Buyer and Seller shall make an application to the Registrar at HM Land Registry to enter a restriction on the Register of both Titles of the Property to the effect that no disposition by the Proprietor of the Property or by their personal representatives or successors in title shall be registered unless a certificate signed by a Conveyancer is furnished to the effect that the terms of Clause 11.5 of the Transfer Deed referred to above have been complied with
8.8 The Transfer Deed shall be in the form annexed hereto and a duplicate copy shall be executed on completion one part being provided to the Seller together with official copies of the Registers of Title once negotiation has been completed at the cost of the Buyer
