Figures produced for the Estates Gazette by The Essential Information group show Mark Jenkinson and son top of the residential auction league table in the Yorkshire and Humber region for the second year running. 270 of the 296 lots offered sold for £27.8million and the overall success rate of 91.2% remains one of the highest amongst the country’s leading auction houses.
