Sheffield-based Mark Jenkinson & son has been appointed as the sole letting agents for Chesterfield's first commercial development of 2013 at Foxwood Park on Foxwood Close, Foxwood Industrial Estate in Chesterfield.
The speculative project, which is being undertaken by private investors, will comprise six units of attractive design and varying size from 950 to 1815 sq ft. The units will be completed to shell specification, with office and WC, roller shutter and personal doors, arranged around a courtyard with secure loading bays and designated car parking areas.
The scheme received planning consent in January this year for the construction of six light industrial units, which will be suited to a range of general business / commercial uses and are of a size and specification that will meet the requirements of expanding or relocating local businesses and will be available to rent from May 2013.

Recently Chesterfield secured £2m Regional Growth funding for business development, £2.4m for infrastructure improvements to the prestigious Chesterfield Waterside development and appointed a development partner for the £50m Northern Gateway redevelopment project across the Saltergate/Holywell section of the town centre.
The Foxwood Industrial Estate is conveniently located on the northern fringe of the town, situated just off the A61 dual carriageway and around ten miles south of Sheffield and five miles west of M1 junctions 29 to 29A.
