We are delighted to have received instructions form the Treasury
Solicitor's Department in respect of the sale of Highlightly Farm near
Barlow in Derbyshire. Lot 1, the main farmhouse and outbuildings set in
8.43 acres has a guide of £400,000 and the remaining 14 lots comprise
approximately 200 acres of grazing and woodland.
