LANDLORD AND TENANT
Usually when referring to landlord and tenant matters it is connected with a rent review or lease renewal and quite often will involve the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 although strategy and tactics have a large part to play in any landlord and tenant advice. Each case requires a different approach. We will consider the terms of the lease, market conditions and rental evidence as well as your business objectives.
